SALES ASSOCIATE

Our Brooklyn-based, artist-run jewelry company seeks an energetic, responsible sales associate to represent us at a major, centrally located holiday market in New York City. We offer a very competitive commission. For the right candidate there will be substantial opportunities for continued work after the holidays.

Specific duties

  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Ringing up sales and taking payment by both cash and credit card
  • Wrapping/packaging gifts for customers
  • Keeping track of all sales and inventory

Required Qualifications

The sales associate must be friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing; have an interest in and knowledge of jewelry, fashion, and current trends; and possess a strong work ethic. Must be located in the NYC area.

Awesome (but not required) Skills

  • Merchandising or window display
  • Jewelry making
  • Other art/craft skills

JEWELRY PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Our Brooklyn-based, artist-run jewelry company seeks a production assistant who can help with making samples and creating our collections. We are looking for someone talented and motivated with strong bench skills. For the right candidate there will be substantial opportunities for advancement as we grow our business.

Specific duties

  • Making jewelry
  • Restocking supplies

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced jeweler preferred. Must be located in the NYC area.

Awesome (but not required) Skills

  • Photography + Adobe Photoshop
  • Graphic Design + Adobe Illustrator
  • Merchandising or window display
  • Other art/craft skills
  • Sales experience
